Washington Post story about The Hook a Mirror Award finalist

The story in the Washington Post about the disappearance of The Hook website (which was later restored by a mysterious benefactor) is a finalist in the Mirror Awards competition, which recognizes outstanding reporting about the media. Paul Fauri, the reporter who wrote the story, said this to me and my Hook colleagues, “I don’t know if the story will win, but I do know it would have been impossible to have reported that story without your help and input.”
