The DTM is a website I run and it takes its inspiration from the Downtown Mall area [ the term “DTM” has been short-hand for the mall for years] in Charlottesville, Virginia. It was started because much of what happens of importance in Charlottesville often has a connection to the DTM, which has become the cultural heart of the city as it grows.
